CC Switch 测通了，Claude Code 仍 401：AUTH_TOKEN 是空的

CC Switch Stream 检查读 apiKey，Claude Code 读 ~/.claude/settings.json 里的 ANTHROPIC_AUTH_TOKEN。空字符串就会 401 Invalid Authentication。
